AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stalliongates Capital LLC, doing business as GRANTPATH.AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GRANTPATH.AI platform, including our website, applications, and AI-powered grant discovery and proposal writing services (collectively, the "Services"). GRANTPATH.AI is a trade name (DBA) of Stalliongates Capital LLC. All billing, transactions, and legal agreements are conducted through Stalliongates Capital LLC.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

NO GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION
GRANTPATH.AI is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), any federal government agency, state government agency, or any grant-making organization. We are an independent, private technology company providing AI-powered tools to assist with grant research and proposal preparation.
NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING
Use of GRANTPATH.AI does NOT guarantee grant approval, funding, or any specific outcome. Grant decisions are made solely by the respective grant-making organizations. Our AI-generated proposals are tools to assist your application process, not guarantees of success.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICE
GRANTPATH.AI provides AI-assisted document preparation services. We are NOT a law firm, accounting firm, or professional grant writing consultancy. Our AI-generated content should be reviewed and customized before submission. You are responsible for verifying all information and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
GRANTPATH.AI provides:
- AI-powered grant opportunity matching based on your organization profile
- Grant database search and filtering tools
- AI-generated grant proposal drafts and templates
- Deadline tracking and reminder notifications
- Application status management tools
- Educational resources about grant applications
All grant applications must be submitted directly to the grant-making organizations through their official channels. GRANTPATH.AI does not submit applications on your behalf.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription tiers with different features and AI credit allocations. Subscription details, pricing, and included features are displayed on our Pricing page.
AI Credits
AI credits are used to generate grant proposals. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your subscription terms. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for recurring fees until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Due to the nature of our digital services and AI-generated content:
- AI Credits: Purchased AI credits are non-refundable once delivered to your account
- Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Generated Content: Once AI-generated proposals are created and delivered, no refunds will be issued
- Credit Packs: One-time credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
We encourage you to use our free tier to evaluate our services before purchasing. If you experience technical issues preventing service delivery, please contact support within 48 hours.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Content
The GRANTPATH.AI platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
AI-Generated Content
Grant proposals and other content generated by our AI using your input become your property upon full payment. You may use, modify, and submit this content for grant applications. However, you may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a commercial service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of information you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your input to generate content, improve our AI, and provide our Services.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree NOT to use our Services to:
- Submit false or misleading information in grant applications
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of grant information
- We are not liable for any grant application outcomes
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRANTPATH.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
