You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Fraud and Misrepresentation

- Misrepresenting your organization's eligibility, finances, or capabilities
- Creating fake organizations or identities to apply for grants
- Using AI-generated content to deceive grant providers
- Applying for grants you know your organization is ineligible for
System Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
- Interfering with or disrupting our services
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Overloading our systems with excessive requests
Account Violations
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Using another person's account without permission
- Selling or transferring your account
- Providing false information during registration
Commercial Misuse
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
- Using our platform to operate a competing grant writing service
- Selling AI-generated proposals to third parties
- Using our content for commercial purposes beyond your own applications
Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Engaging in money laundering or financial crimes
- Using grants for purposes other than stated in applications
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Engaging in discriminatory practices
CONTENT STANDARDS
Information you provide to our platform must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not infringe on third-party rights
- Not contain malicious code or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including organization details, financial data, and project descriptions.
AI USAGE GUIDELINES
When using our AI-powered features:
- Review and verify all AI-generated content before submission
- Do not submit AI-generated content without appropriate review and editing
- Do not use AI to generate false or misleading information
- Acknowledge that AI-generated content may require customization
- Do not attempt to manipulate AI outputs for fraudulent purposes
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Log out from shared or public devices
- Keep your contact information current
ENFORCEMENT
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Remove content that violates our policies
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Pursue legal remedies for violations
CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary account suspension
- Permanent Termination: Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination
- Legal Action: We may pursue legal action for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Forfeiture: Violators forfeit any unused credits or subscription time
